At Zach Prints and Design, we believe that quality printing is more than just ink on paper; it is a vehicle for progress, transparency, and national healing. We are incredibly proud to announce the successful production and official handover of 40,000 Transitional Justice Law Booklets to the Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs. This landmark project—supported by the European Union and the Max Planck Foundation—marks a significant step in South Sudan’s journey toward lasting peace and reconciliation.Bridging the Gap Between Law and the PeopleFor justice to be served, the law must be accessible. The 40,000 booklets produced in our facility comprise two critical pieces of legislation:The Commission for Truth, Reconciliation and Healing (CTRH) Act, 2024 The Compensation and Reparation Authority (CRA) Act, 2024 These documents are the pillars of Chapter Five of the Revitalized Peace Agreement. By transforming complex legal frameworks into high-quality, durable booklets, we are helping ensure that every South Sudanese citizen—from Juba to the most remote bomas—can understand their rights and the mechanisms designed to provide them with redress and healing. Precision Printing for a National PurposeLarge-scale projects of this nature require more than just speed; they require extreme attention to detail and a commitment to international standards. Our team at Zach Prints worked tirelessly to ensure that every copy was Accurate: Reflecting the precise legal language of the Republic of South Sudan. Durable: Designed to withstand heavy use as they are distributed across various states and communities. Professional: Representing the dignity of the Ministry of Justice and the importance of the peace process. The official handover ceremony was attended by key dignitaries, including the Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs, Hon. Dr. Joseph Geng Akech, and the EU Ambassador to South Sudan, H.E. Pelle Enarsson. Seeing our work in the hands of the nation’s leaders was a powerful reminder of the role that local businesses play in nation-building.As these booklets are distributed nationwide, we remain committed to supporting South Sudan’s institutions with the tools they need to communicate effectively with the public.
"This project was close to our hearts at Zach Prints and Design. We recognized from day one that we weren't just printing booklets; we were printing the future of South Sudanese justice.
